  I completed numerous bespoke projects for Clients and Developers. I built networking relationships with engineers and council so that I could always offer professional advice for the client throughout the design process. I was able to sustain new business through word of mouth of many satisfied clients. My actions included: • Meeting with clients, and relevant stakeholders to ensure complete understanding of the client brief, relevant building restrictions, site and survey; • Developing Revit design elevations and 3D annotations that fulfil the brief and obtaining sign off to proceed with detailed drawings; • Completing working drawings for construction with assistance from specialist engineering consultants where required; • Managing council submissions and resolving any issues; • Obtaining tenders and assisting in adjudication • Liaising with consultants and contractors • Attending regular site inspection meetings and resolving any issues arising • Preparing as-built drawings; • Managing administrative matters, including invoicing, documentation and email communication; • Managing professional development by attending training workshops, trade shows and conferences. • Integrating new Energy Efficiency requirements and staying abreast with latest building regulations and best practices. For the majority of time, I took responsibility for developing the detailed drawings but have also delegated work when required. I have developed proficiency working with Autcad as well as the Revit 3D environment since 2005: • developing concept drawings using Revit; • developing detailed models and renderings; • developing final working drawings and elevations, paying attention to detail, using the Revit model for error checking. • utilising the object oriented environment to efficiently generate complex spaces and to integrate suppliers' windows, doors and fittings to benefit the walk through experience.
