I have worked alongside Nicolai for almost two years at Adapt, and in that time I have not only seen him excel at the core elements of his job, but also develop new skills that are way beyond expected of his roles. Nicolais ability to learn new skills was not the only thing that impressed me - his ability to handle all types of clients and projects just comes natural to him and he manage to keep a cool head while doing so.
