  Reported to the General Manager managing a team of 2 junior managers, 20 coordinators and 300 crew.Athletes Village: condominium Ilha Pura with 31 buildings and 3,604 apartments located in Barra da Tijuca home of 18,000 Olympic athletes/NOC’s and 10,000 Paralympics athletes/NPC’s. • Implemented 600,000 items Bump In with 200 skus, 700 trucks distribution and 10,000 pallets moved.• Programmed luggage and sport equipments logistic operation of Olympic athletes.• VCC (Venue Command Center) Task-force member created in 18/07/16 lead by the executive Director to solve conflicts within the Village contractors.• Main Logistic focal point (LOG 1) for the 31 functional areas with 7,000 people working at the Village during Olympic and Paralympics games time.• Changed the LOG Compound operation renaming it to Village Distribution Center (VDC) and making it the main Cross Docking warehouse during games time reducing Logistics transportation costs to 25%.• Implemented team cells management model to have a client oriented focus and be more flexible to satisfy the increasing demand of the 204 National Olympic Committees (NOC) and 174 National Paralympics Committees (NPC).• Reduced turnover from 40% to 15% after 3 month operation and from 15% to 5% after 6 month operation working the operational crew motivation and encouragement. • Implemented Time and data management (TDM) methodology to increase management positions productivity in 20%.
