I have known Van Zyl for close on 5 years and found him to be a committed individual who displays a high level of integrity. He is generally very proactive at getting in front of problems and stopping them before they escalate. He applies his specialist technical knowledge to the benefit of the customer and business. Van Zyl seldom refers a problem to his management, but rather makes recommendations for a solution. He impressed me with his ability to properly assess the time it takes to complete tasks and his ability to schedule his tasks into his time at work. I would recommend Van Zyl to any company.
