  Reporting directly to the Plant Manager I am responsible for production planning and assemblying of all the projects. In order to accomplish with this task I lead a team made of production planners and mechanical and electrical production technicians.

  Reporting directly to the Product Supply Director, I manage the internal flow process of the work order execution by co-ordinating the dedicated Team and planning the related activities. I elaborate and control, together with the Team, the work order schedule and identify critical paths. I’m responsible for the monthly resources forecast in production. I’m the point of contact for the customers and I manage review meetings with them on the vendor side. I frequently travel abroad for business meetings and I have several experiences (short and midterm) abroad at customers’ plant for project commissioning supervision.
