  Initially employed to setup the Brigade’s industry-standard Desk Top Publishing Office, I was solely responsible for providing the Fire Services’ top-end DTP requirements for over 6 years, producing fire safety material such as posters and leaflets. Prior to this position I was responsible for the design, preparation and supervision of over 150 exhibitions per year, liaising with other Emergency Services and outside bodies. I also designed the Brigade’s new logo, set up and supervised publicity photo-shoots and organised, managed and attended various fire safety promotional activities and events for school children of all ages across north –west England.
