While Nicola actually was a part of our Senior Management Team in her capacity as Head of Marketing, she also served, from the start, as a counsellor to the Managing Director as much as for other SMT members. Nicola quickly gets a very deep understanding of any business she is looking at. This not only includes the product and channel marketing aspects but also right through to the manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Her holistic view of a business combined with her analytical marketing acumen, her clear communication and personal drive means she is a pleasure to work with.
