I had a great time with Nicola. He was loyal to our company and our targets. At the same time "the customer" was always in his focus managing to generate win-win-solutions for both parties. He did never shy away from conflicts or difficult decisions and was able to create a spirit of enthusiasm within his team or with the business partner for common projects. He never stopped to actively develop himself furhter on.
