      I have been employed as a Specialist Teacher of the Deaf in Charge of ARP since January 2015. My responsibilities have included:-direct line management of ARP staff-tracking, monitoring and responsibility of progress for ARP students.-Annual review of County funding in lines with the SEN code of practise 2015.-Termly representation on the SEN Advisory Panel and ARP decision panel for Bucks CC.-Design and implementation of tailored provision for ARP students.In Nov 2016 I stepped up as Acting SENDCO and remained in post until Aug 2017.       Fashion International at London Fashion week is a leading multi-designer runway event showcasing British and International, new, emerging and established designers. As Backstage Director at this fast paced and high pressure event, my responsibility for management covers 2 model pools (<24 total), 6/7 designers and a team of dressers. In the lead up to the show, I oversee the fittings and organisation of designer outfits with models ensuring that the organisation of dressings and outfits allows for a smooth transition and does not negatively affect the show in terms of delays or changes to model running order. During the show dressers follow my directions for changes of clothing and sending on of models.Top Model UK is a an 8 month search for model talent ending with a finale show during April. We host a multi designer, multi category show Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. My management responsibility increases to <150 amaeatur models, 20 hair and MUAs, 12 dressers and 4 senior staff whilst continuing to work with the Operations Director and stepping in on Front of House business where needed.
