I have had the pleasure of working with Nicola for almost 15 years at Rail Europe where she and I worked indirectly on various company projects & in the customer care center. Working in a Customer Care Center can often be challenging and stressful but Nicola is a as cool as they come! Nicola has the great ability of staying calm and still retain her customer focus even while dealing with some of the most demanding and challenging of customers! As a manager, Nicola has the great ability to bring this sense of calmness and customer focus to the rest of her team. This is a great and often rare leadership skill that leads to her team and colleagues strive to do better! When introducing a new product or service to customers, I could always depend on Nicola to be well educated on these new products & services and make sure the rest of her team was as well! Any company would be lucky to have Nicola in a Operations, Customer Service and in a Leadership role at their organization!

Her leadership and coaching skills are excellent. She has very good communication skills and adapts quickly to new processes and systems.
