  I ran a profitable day business at one of the busiest Cactus Clubs in the company. I managed over 30 employees on any given day, dealt with guest complaints both in store and through our comment card program. I wrote the schedule for over 125 employees. The schedule writing included scheduling appropriate vacations for all staff including management, and adequately staffing according to sales forecasting. I was in charge of the restaurant repair and maintenance program, ensuring equipment is running smoothly and the restaurant remains looking like the flagship store it is. I also took over our large party program from another manager upon their departure, and revamped it to become more efficient. I created a document for hotels and customers to view that included detailed descriptions of each area of the restaurant that we could host larger groups.
