Nicola is a confident, knowledgeable marketer - she always knew what we needed, was particularly strong in market comms, and was able to work well with the development team to articulate requirements in a clear fashion to get exactly what we needed done. Nicola came to my rescue yesterday, or at least my website's rescue. Yes, I still need to do more, but now, I have a better idea on how.
