  Treasury/Cash Management Manager• Leading and overseeing the Cash Management team of 9 employees along with completing one to one meetings and goal & KPI settings.• Responsible for over 60 bank accounts for ADT & Tyco Continental Europe, UK and Ireland covering over 25 entities. Ensuring that all transaction were journaled and posted into the correct ERP system and also checking and clearing the bank reconciliations.• Being responsible for the management of the bank mandates with any amendments and opening/closing of any bank accounts when required.• Working alongside the cash allocation department to process journals to enable the reconciliation of the banks for the accountants’ month end duties.• Processing all payment uploads and manual payments through the various banking systems on a daily basis and raising and processing all manual cheques. Working alongside the Audit team to produce the correct documentations required for audit.• I achieved recognition during my role as Treasury / Cash Management Manager for the migration from Business Internet Banking to Barclays.Net for all the UK and Ireland bank accounts.• I also had a recognition in Tyco’s monthly magazine for the introduction of SEPA Direct for Euro payments.• Achieved excellent results in the transition of introducing Tyco Continental Europe into the Centre of Excellence shared service centre in Manchester.• Took responsibility of the transition of the Cash Management team to Bratislava with good results and success.
