I've had the pleasure of working with Nicola for over 4 years as both a peer level Officer on various working parties and an internal customer of learning and development activities. In her time with the Trust Nicola literally transformed the learning and development programme offering staff from a low key activity to a proactive, customer focused and valued added service. She introduced a range of core, specialist and e-learning training solutions including many health and safety topics in conjunction with myself and other team members which have really helped to drive staff competence in this critical area. She has also been a key driver behind dozens of staff gaining professional qualifications in their specialist fields.
