  Assistant Head and Head of the Middle Department of over 180 children in years 3-5 in a large prep school of over 550 pupils. Sitting between the Junior Department and Senior Departments, the Middle Department has a very distinct identity of its own, which we have worked hard to establish, with key transition points at both ends of the age group.
