Nicola Gasbarro was my direct manager years ago. Working with him was one of the best experiences I've ever had. He has an innovative and unusual way of thinking and developing cutting-edge ideas. In the years spent working with him I have had the privilege not only of being able to learn from an expert in many fields (IT, electronics, mechatronics and many others), but to improve problem solving and professional behavior. As for the person of him I can say that he is not a simple engineer, nor any boss, he is a Leader. A person able to understand you, to guide you, both professionally and humanly. I honestly wish the time with him had been more, but it was still a nice gift.
