      • Main duties (BAU) included: o Managing the monthly payroll using Oracle HRMS in a HR Shared Service environment including year-end activities with a team of three employees. o Checking all payroll data is entered accurately by the HR Admin Team in Mumbai, undertaking manual calculations and authorising/submitting BACs remittances to employees and third parties. o Producing and checking payroll journals, finance reports, multiple pensions' schedules, multiple schedules for other third party benefit providers and dealing with any queries or issues generated by them. • Project activity includes: o Payroll Project Lead on the Orion Project, which relocated the HR Shared Service Centre to Mumbai, bringing payroll processing in-house and re-implementing Oracle HRMS system. Scoped out payroll elements for the technical build, undertook SAT, UAT and data cleansing, organised and checked parallel pay runs and implemented a successful payroll in April 2012. o Managed the Real Time Information (RTI) Project through to implementation in June 2013 by scoping out the project plan with the team, overseeing UAT and resolving outstanding issues. o Undertook the payroll UAT on the Auto Enrolment Project, assisted with data cleansing and oversaw the implementation into the payroll in July 2013. o Payroll knowledge lead for various TUPEs in and out and acquisitions. Producing data templates to ensure accuracy of data transfer, attending different sites/organisations to capture sufficient knowledge transfer and implemented successful payrolls following the transfers. o Managed Payroll aspects on Annual Compensation Review Projects and processing through payroll ensuring all data was accurate. o Oversaw payroll aspects of internal and external audits o Ongoing system testing and reviews.
