  call scheduler for the UK's leading specialist self buildand renovation mortgage brokerage. My role involves answering incoming salescalls, emails and online customer enquiries from clients looking for mortgageadvice. Collection and logging of customer information onto company CRMsystem, assessing whether lender criteria is met, and if so, the scheduling ofappointments with mortgage advisers. Ability to take on board complexinformation and guide clients accordingly. Where clients are not ready toprogress immediately, maintain contact and call for progress reports. I havebuilt up a comprehensive knowledge of all types of mortgage products as wellas specialist knowledge of the self build process. In this role, I've gainedexperience of staff training, team management and process formulation.
