Since joining Thompson Smith and Puxon (TSP) Solicitors in 2010 I have been responsible for all of the firm's marketing and business development activity. This includes client and referrer relationship management, website development and maintenance, digital and social media management, PR and content marketing, full mix advertising including TV and radio, and brand development and guardianship. I have managed a number of major projects during this time including a full rebranding and repositioning of the firm in 2013 (following a move to new business premises), the development and introduction of a new website in 2015 and a TV advertising campaign in 2018/19.

Interpreting Business Manager
-
Sep 2008 - Aug 2010
Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) is a not for profit organisation that exists to promote the welfare and interests of Deaf people whose first or preferred language is British Sign Language (BSL). As Interpreting Business Manager I utilised the business skills gained whilst working for the Co-op, managing the RAD interpreting service, which included ad-hoc and contracted services, and completing invitations to tender for new interpreting contracts, particularly in the public sector. I also added Level 1 British Sign Language and Deaf and Deafblind Awareness Training to my skill set.
