2013 - 2016
During my employment at Health and Sports Zone, I was the Personal Assistant to the Owner. My duties were mainly administrative, including all typing and emailing of letters, quotes, and invoices. I was responsible for daily sales and cash ups, as well as stock control in ordering and pricing. I ran a monthly cash book and was responsible for the payments of monthly utilities and workshop wages. The business is host to two Cycle Tours a year in which I was responsible for organizing. This included all accommodation and meals prepared for all cyclists. For a brief period during my employment (1 year) I was in charge of marketing products and providing Sports Massages to Clients. This position gave me a great insight into the workings of a business and allowed me to create substantial customer relations. Show less

2012 - 2016
After my son was born in 2009, I used that time as a stay-at-home mom to study through correspondence in Nutrition and Massage Therapy. In 2012, I become self employed. I believe the one on one interaction with clients gave a more in depth experience into understanding a clients needs which in turn assisted in achieving each individual's goals.
