I had the pleasure of working with Nicola for two years. In her role, amongst other duties, she was responsible for delivering a complex schools outreach programmes for high performing students interested in a career in law. Nicola was pivotal in developing the programme, recruiting volunteers and managing all operational aspects of the programme (all of this during a global pandemic). She did this brilliantly and impressed everyone with her ability to build working relationships with stakeholders from school students to High Court Judge. She did this whilst managing a busy role with many competing demands and projects. It was a pleasure working with Nicola - She is dynamic, people-orientated and can always be relied upon to go the extra mile for colleagues or customers. Her drive and determination will make he an asset to any organisation.
