Nicola’s sectors cover, in particular, food & wine, manufacturing, art and fashion. His long-standing experience in cross-border matters and in depth knowledge of foreign legal systems have enabled Nicola to act as the legal counsel for several Northeast Italy-based companies doing business around the world and for foreign companies investing in Italy. Nicola’s contract expertise ranges from joint ventures to agency, distribution, franchising and EPC, including EU competition aspects. He is also highly skilled in pre-contentious matters, particularly when it comes to potential commercial disputes involving several jurisdictions.
