Nicola started working with me as a Learning & Development Coordinator to establish a more consistent approach to people and organisational development. The role included administration, data recording and assessment of learning activities and programmes. Later, the role expanded to include the facilitation and delivery of the organisations apprenticeship strategy across the UK. Nicola’s ability to adapt and deliver innovative solutions to challenging problems was a great asset to the team. She is a fast learner with a strong focus on development and ownership.
