Over the years I worked with Nicola at Sage she was always one of my first port of calls for any additional sales training that myself or any other member of the team needed. She had excellent product knowledge and was able to pass on all of her skills directly to anyone she trained in a way that would best suit the sales agent. Nicola was always positive, trusting and professional in her attitude to her work and her colleagues always respected her in her role as Sales Trainer. I would recommend Nicola to any organisation as she is true asset to have on their books.

Nic is a real catch: a super-talented coach, manager, sales professional & trainer all-in-one. She's funny, shrewd, principled & motivates everyone around her in a totally authentic way. Whether I was being coached & trained by her or collaborating directly with her, I found her to be an 'A-player' - she was one of the people in Sage I constantly looked to to keep me on my toes...
