Taking a left turn to my previous career experience I accepted the role of Support Coordinator with Multicap Limited based in their Rockhampton office. My previous experience has allowed me to be adaptable to the change, using my past to create and develop my present and future. The role of Support Coordination specialised in high complex needs customers within the disability sector. By doing this I enabled the customers to link with a range of services and professionals thereby enabling them to achieve the goals they have set for themselves via the NDIS. In was promoted within the organisation from Support Coordinator to Regional Team Leader and later to Regional Manager. The area I supported included Central and North Queensland as well as Victoria. My role included but was not limited to financial analysis (in a tight and thin market), business development, recruitment and onboarding, training, strategic planning, development of systems and processes and reporting. I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful team who worked with me to achieve best client outcomes. Show less
