  During my time with OSL (G4S) I assisted with the setup – security consultant – of the first every mall in Lagos, Nigeria. As shrinkage was a huge aspect in all the retail restores, I personally assisted with the screening and training of guards and employees. Introduced new procedures and systems to ensure that this was kept to the minimum. I later introduced this to all the hotels and other retail store across Nigeria.
