There are no dine-in areas, and our kitchens consist of private units of ready-fitted kitchen space. Orders are placed through online food aggregator apps and delivered straight to the customer’s doorstep. Everplate Kitchens will provide you with the tools and support you need in your kitchen operation so that all you need to do is to cook.My role at Everplate Kitchens Indonesia consisted of:- Managing the entire sales cycle of new partners, from introduction to administration fulfillment, and their eventual expansion with us- Managing complaints and feedbacks from all segment of partners; from SMBs, SMEs to large enterprises- Exploring hundreds of new leads opportunities from multiple platforms (both Inbound & Outbound sourced), and processing them using the company's CRM system (Salesforce)- Identifying problems, needs, and potential partner's pain points to give them tailor-made solutions in line with the company's service- Synergizing service and operational excellence for our partners by working across different functions within the company such as, but not limited to; growth, marketing, operation, and facilities management team to answer all the different needs of our partners- Building trust, good-willed relationship, and maintaining professional company reputation with our existing partners- Meet and exceed performance KPIs and sales targets both on the local and regional level
