I first met Nicky at one of the Grand Design show in London in 2010. Nicky wanted information on various requirements for her real wooden timber floors. We went through the many benefits of a natural wooden floor with the emphasise on durability, finishes and expansion. It was a real joy to meet Nicky for the first time and explain our companies products at the show.
