Nicky is an unbelievable asset to any team. Her incredible energy, initiative, drive and creative sensibilities make her a fantastic Project Manager. Having worked with her on both pitches and day-to-day accounts I can guarantee that she is the best Project Manager I have ever worked with, bar none. She knows how to keep the team motivated, shares creative views which improve the work, she can manage deadlines, and is the vital glue between creative and account teams. Her knowledge of project management, press production and art buying is very solid. I am sad to be losing Nicky as our creative producer, she is a rising star and I envy the team she ends up with.
