Sensitive and complex nature of these complaints required empathic handling and bespoke detailed correspondence, having unbiased regard to policy terms and conditions and all available evidence. • PPI complaint resolution dealing with consumer, claims management companies, financial institutions, solicitors and other third parties. • Review and investigation of sales of PPI in association with credit cards, revolving credit, personal and secured loans and mortgages. Single and regular premium cases assessed. • High level investigation, assessment and mediation to resolution of complex complaints including those involving alternative redress in accordance with DISP App 3.7, unfair rebate complaints against insurers and other non standard complex complaints. These cases all required bespoke correspondence subsequently utilised by other team members in the handling of similar case types. • Mentoring new members of the team to ensure understanding of working practices, house style and general housekeeping.
