      It's time to spread my wings! I expanded my expertise and was responsible for analysing data on service delivery (using SAS programming language) and reporting to my colleagues as part of a wider project. VDAB has set up a lot of KPI's to monitor service levels.       “Choice” “Chance” “Change” I had to make a “Choice” to take a “Chance” or my life would never “Change”!I have a passion for simplifying processes, but also for aligning the systems with the processes.
