Nickson and I worked together for several years at Custom Business Solutions. I was in a sales capacity at the time and his department was critical to the ongoing success of our client relationships that would ultimately result in longevity and increased client satisfaction. Whenever I had a technical issue that I couldn't figure out or if I had a client that needed some additional assistance, I would always tap Nickson for his technical expertise, superb follow-up, and professional manner by which he always interacted with clients. While his assisting me was sometimes out of the scope of his day-to-day obligations, he never hesitated to help my clients and never failed to get his own obligations completed in doing so. Nickson is incredibly smart and is generally a fun guy to be around. The combination of technical aptitude and personability will make him an invaluable asset to any organization's tech department.
