During Nick's time at Alco Chemical (now part of AkzoNobel), Nick had a couple of different roles. He was responsible for several Fabric & Home Care Key Accounts and managed them successfully. Through his efforts, Alco Chemical came to be seen as the go-to partner in the Detergents industry, in terms of polymer development/supply/requests. The Detergents business grew tremendously during the time Nick was responsible as Business Manager for the Fabric & Home Care market. Apart from managing this business and being the key contact for some Key Accounts, he was also driving several initiatives, like managing our CRP (Customer Relationship Program)*, margin management for the Sales group and coordinating all marketing activities regarding Fabric&Home Care. Nick was always very professional in front of his customers, as well as having excellent presentation skills.
