There is so much I can say about having Nick as my leader, but I’ll try to keep it short. From the time I started at Venus, Nick took me under his wing and supported me as we worked through campaign strategies, testing new opportunities, efficiencies during global retail impacts, and launching an entire Affiliate program. If I ever had questions or curiosity about any aspect of the business, Nick would take the time to teach me. He is a true leader who cares about his team and honestly wants each individual to thrive!
