  My role at Officeworks primarily consisted of assisting customers with their technology purchases by providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations. I would also troubleshoot any issues with purchased products either over the phone or in person with customers. My position also included organisation of product repairs and replacements, which would often be sent through to authorised repairers for manufacturer warranty claims. This process involved setting up deliveries, contacting repair centres to request updates and liaising with customers. Apart from the technology aspect of my role, I also frequently assisted in other departments within the store such as Stationary, Furniture and Print & Copy with stock replenishment, customer service and sales.
