I had pleasure working with Nick, he is one of the rare individuals who really understand the agile process and how engineering works at its best and is a great leader in the field who supports his team empowering and encouraging to take right decisions. I am motivated by his consistent effort in learning and evolving through research articles/books, which he routinely shared with the team every Friday.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick for almost 2 years while he was at CDK. He is a great leader who puts the needs of the team at the highest priority. He also had an amazing understanding of Agile Methodologies and how to push a team to get the most out of them while also working to grow them professionally. He's not afraid to stand-up for the team and was easy to get alignment with to when making decisions on direction going forward.

I founded Twinkle Toes Software in 2013 on the belief that software products are most successful when the authors listen to and collaborate with their users. We're focused on being nimble - able to respond to change and adapt to challenges. Twinkle Toes primarily provides professional services to support Booked (previously phpScheduleIt), an extremely popular open source scheduling application of which I am the author and primary contributor. As president of Twinkle Toes Software, I have built a profitable business around this free, open source application. Collaborating with a team of developers from around the world, I've been able to continuously drive the popularity of Booked to one of the most successful open source scheduling tools on the market.
