  I started as a mentor helping neurodivergent young adults navigate independent living and assisted in managing their goals set by staff. After being promoted to ADL I became responsible for 25 client’s activities of daily living. Creating care plans and goals that fit their needs and helped them gain confidence with independence. My greatest strength was building a quick rapport with clients and helping them get work with barrier they were presented with in the past and helped overcome them.
