I worked with Nikki during her time at Yankee, particularly on the Inventory Planning front. As well as being strategic Nikki was also hands-on, planning and managing new Product launches from Warehouse to Stores, and ensuring that shelves remained full thereafter. She worked well and closely with Customers as well as her partners in other areas of the business, whether they be the Field sales teams, Marketing, the Warehouse, Supply Chain or Finance. She could think-out-of-the box with solutions for Product exits and slow-movers. She was an inspirational and motivational leader to the office-based Retail team as well as being an active and vocal member of the Company's Senior Leadership Team. Nikki was a significant contributor to the growth of Yankee Candle and Newell Home Fragrance Retail business in the UK who benefited from the commitment and passion that Nikki demonstrated in many ways. She was an asset to the business and would unquestionably be so in any future venture or employment.

I worked with Nicki for just over 3 years and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. She was one of the most highly respected senior managers within the business and is still regarded as such even after her leaving. Earned by her impressive work ethic, endless passion for the job and expert knowledge in her many fields, Nicki was an asset to the Business. Working alongside Nicki, I saw her lead positive change in her own team as well as influencing, inspiring and supporting others to follow her lead. A truly passionate leader with endless creativity and initiative to deliver results.
