I first met Nicki during my EIM course (Essentials of International Moving), she was one of our trainers. It became very clear how passionate Nicki is about the industry, that she has great analytical skills and even greater problem solving skills. Furthermore, she is a exceptional teacher and motivator. After a few years Nicki and I started working as partners for our companies and again it was always an effortless communication with her and it seems that she understood what I need even before I ask for it.
