  Under limited supervision, is responsible for the daily operation, reconciliation and balancing of district receivables. Analyzes records, verifies and reconciles financial data to maintain complete and accurate account receivable subsidiaries and other assigned general ledger accounts. Writes and posts general ledger entries, prepares reports and corrects financial transactions in the finance systems, ensuring integrity and balance.Compiles and analyses monthly aging reports. Uses various software programs to input, maintain, research and retrieve information.Identifies and traces system errors. Assists auditors and area manager with year end audit requirements. Provides customer service, both in person and over the phone. Assists in resolving problems and diffusing situations.
