I'm a core member of a team that maintains a mission-critical sanctions screening API that processes 13% of the U.S. wire transfer system per day.I serve as the team’s SRE, focusing on reliability and application architecture. I led the design and implementation of the company’s first disaster recovery strategy, and have worked on our model explainability, data compliance, and played a major role in a microservices refactor of our system.More recently, I’ve introduced policy-as-code to Enigma for pre-validating our infrastructure changes and migrated our model serialization to ONNX.Technologies: Docker, Golang, Python3, Terraform, Kubernetes, Airflow, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB. I was the first engineering hire at bubble.io, a current leader in the no-code space. As an early hire at Bubble I developed much of the fundamental infrastructure that powered the company from a bootstrapped operation to a venture-backed startup. In particular, I developed our automatic TLS certificate management, built bubble's custom application logging system, maintained and developed our orchestration system, built our internal authentication micro-service, and implemented our connection pooling infrastructure. My contributions helped grow the user base from 70,000 to over 275,000, and took the company from bootstrapping to $6M seed round. We are an alumnus of Harvard Business School's NY Startup Studio.
