HR and Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst

During my internship with Novo Nordisk, I have further developed my analytical understanding and capabilities. In particular I have been specialising into the field of HR analytics as well as Strategic Workforce Planning. This implies that I now have an extensive experience handling, analyzing and reporting HR data for the management, giving them a better foundation for crucial decision making. I have also developed a solid understanding of how to communicate data and statistics to my colleagues in HR functions.With regard to Strategic Workforce Planning I have participated in project groups with the tasks of recognizing critical job roles and forecasting the need for them going forward. Part of the analysis was to forecast different scenarios altered by different HR practises such as hiring, retaining and developing/educating the critical job roles.My master thesis, which I wrote during my internship with Novo Nordisk, also includes HR analytics which was used to show the business case for some of the elements of Strategic Workforce Planning.
