  * Designed, developed, tested, managed, and debugged the company’s MIS (management information system) from conception.* MIS includes interfaces for comprehensive project management, incident reporting, material purchasing, job-cost estimating, job scheduling, inventory, shipping, shop floor job processing, design/estimate requests, ISO document management, and reporting of various metrics.* Integrated the MIS with many external applications including the following modules - shipping (UPS - REST, FedEx - SOAP), sales metrics (SalesForce - SOAP), pre-press workflow and file management (Prinergy - XML schemas, Visual Basic, FTP), image imposition planning (Metrix - XML), machine/press production monitoring (Vorne XL Data Link - C#, REST), job scheduling (Prestige - ODBC), and accounting (Primac - REST).* Created a web portal (front and back end) for clients of Meyers to enter specs and receive job quotes.* Saved multiple departments 1000’s of hours by automating complex data entry, data manipulation, and calculations.* Helped reduce company spoilage by 65% (from 1.8% to .6%) through implementation of various process optimizations and user-entry verifications.• • Developed a job estimating module which resulted in eliminating one-third of the estimator positions.
