  The Warranty & S.O. Manager (WSM) job is to manage the processes and employe(s) in the Warranty & S.O. area of the Ful-Comm department to ensure customer and business standards are met. They will focus on developing and improving the SO and warranty processes, making sure customers are communicated with in a professional and efficient manner by the Warranty and SO team.
