Aug 2013 - Aug 2013
I was the Manager of one of the most successful years in regards to the bar. I was responsible for the day to day running of a team of 40 volunteers over 4 bars. I was in charge of the organisation of training, shift patterns and breaks. I also ensured none of my volunteers ever skipped a shift by keeping motivation up by being extremely flexible when volunteers wished to see bands during shifts. As well as this I dealt with all the suppliers and was responsible for all trouble shooting that occurred over the Bars Show less
