  SECURITY TEAM MEMBER MAIN DUTIES - Work with team members assigned to security reaction force related duties to protect a unit, and its mission. Team members work land-side, pier-side, at sea or at air facilities protecting high value assets against acts of terrorism or sabotage. Team members are required to be able to perform personnel searches, vehicle searches, detainee transfers, room clearing and vetting. Team members also actively engage and prevent potential threats from compromising their unit or asset while ensuring successful completion of mission and orders. Security teams operate under stress in emergency conditions by utilizing proper tactical team movements and communication, having a solid understanding of mission essential equipment and applying adequate escalation of force. All members of a security team are required to have an in depth understanding of basic lifesaving and first aid measures with the ability to apply their knowledge on and off the battlefield. WEAPONS EXPERT MAIN DUTIES - Provide maintenance and preventative maintenance on company weapons, ammo and operational gear such as night vision, optics and ballistics equipment. Maintain proper inventory of tools, repair parts and related cleaning gear. RELATED SKILLS - knowledgable with the use and disposal of hazardous materials. Able to follow maintenance plans accurately and effectively while doing so in a timely manner. Experience utilizing specialty tools and equipment. Experience managing a small team of maintenance personnel. Operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical weapons systems.
