  Nick served as the Executive Director of Tri-State Transportation Campaign. He has been behind Tri-State’s victories on congestion pricing, the MTA’s five-borough bus network redesign and electrification of the full MTA bus fleet, NJ Transit Board reform legislation, and legislation to ensure NJ Transit converts to electric buses. He has been appointed to the New York State Transportation Advisory Panel to the Climate Action Council implementing the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, New Jersey’s post- COVID Restart & Recovery Advisory Council, New York City’s post-COVID Surface Transportation Sector Advisory Council, New York State’s Penn Station Redevelopment Community Advisory Council, and New York City’s Better Buses Action Group. He has been named to City & State’s 2019 Albany 40 Under 40 and 2020 LatinoPower 100.Nick comes to TSTC from the Riders Alliance, where he served as Deputy Director. There, he led campaigns to call on the State Legislature to fix and fund New York City’s public transit, create a half-priced MetroCard program for low-income residents known as Fair Fares, and revamp ailing bus service in New York City.
