At L&L Logistics I was responsible for defining the marketing strategy and generating leads through our online and offline marketing channels. At the time L&L was at the start of its development. After its founding, I identified potential target audiences (B2B and B2C). My goal was to create a steady flow of leads and cash to breakeven as quickly as possible. After identifying the target audiences I approached B2B groups, managed to sign several where we quickly became key partners. For the B2C clients, I created and carried out online marketing campaigns. After testing several approaches I successfully created a formula to generate and convert leads. Apart from these responsibilities I was regularly assisted our operations team in doing deliveries to clients.
