Cerno have an extensive and very experienced team that have all worked in software auditing and specialise in one or two specific software vendors. Predictably, many of these Agreements are presented as standard, whilst being heavily geared in favour of the Software Vendor. It is imperative that Cerno have a level of legal expertise that enables the Client to challenge these contracts and ensure that they have the flexibility they require, that is often financially punitive when exercised within the Standard Terms.
