  I am a customer-focused and diligent Operations Manager with over 16 years’ experience at EVI Group, covering a number of engineering and management roles. EVI Group provides premium-quality Security, Fire, TV & Data solutions to our construction industry partners – and to residents in luxury apartment buildings and occupants in commercial premises. Having started at EVI as an apprentice engineer in 2003, I have progressed my career through various engineering, technical, project management and contract management roles. I am now responsible for managing all operational activities within the business and overseeing the projects, service/small works and engineering departments. I am responsible for managing P&L of all operational activities against budgets, forecast and targets and delivering business-critical activities such as complying with current legislation, managing health and safety, all labour activities, stock purchases and customer relationships.
